Esperanza London bought its first public house building in October 2014, followed shortly after with its second from the same portfolio sale one month later. The company has continued to expand the pubs portfolio year on year and currently are proud owners of 6 separate public house investments in Mayfair, Marylebone, Kensington, Chelsea, Battersea & Chiswick. The company plans to continue to organically grow this portfolio over time.
