First established in 2008 in line with purchase of our first property in London, Esperanza London has since grown organically a mixed-use portfolio of real estate investments. The company remains focused on primarily investing in their core location of Mayfair, however will also consider investments in the surrounding areas of Prime Central London. Whilst we have some residential holdings, our investment activities are focused on commercial or mixed-use investments.
